Matthew brings more than 14 years of experience in banking and community development and holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. He specializes in building organizational capacity for affordable housing and small business development, delivering customized solutions that create lasting value for both communities and organizations. Strategic partnerships, thoughtful development strategies are central to achieving sustainable, long-term impact.
Lindsey brings 20 years in banking, compliance, and community development. She crafts data-driven strategies to expand credit access, affordable housing, and reinvestment. Her work has closed homeownership gaps, created bank-funded grants, and guided multimillion-dollar community investments, blending policy expertise with a strong commitment to equity and under-served communities. Her experience spans HUD Grant Reviews, CDBG and HOME funds.
Brooke is a PhD candidate in International Affairs at the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She has extensive grants management experience, including conducting risk assessments and due diligence for nonprofits and social enterprises worldwide. Brooke holds a master’s in Global Affairs from Columbia University.
Liam is a Miami University student is service-oriented and skilled in donor identification and research. A Crawford Hoying Scholar, he’s earned multiple community service awards, demonstrating leadership and dedication to community impact.
