At the helm of Capacity Catalyst Consulting is Matthew Glover a former funder, seasoned banking professional, and strategic advisor committed to advancing organizational excellence in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. With over 15 years of experience in banking, Matthew brings deep expertise across Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategy, lending, investments, mortgage, risk, and project management.

His insider perspective as a former funder, combined with his hands-on financial background, uniquely positions him to help organizations align with funding priorities, strengthen internal operations, and plan for sustainable growth. Matthew has successfully built capacity for a wide range of mission-driven institutions, including Women’s Business Centers (WBC), Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs), and Community Action Agencies.
